Leo Parrillo joined AdvanceTEC in April 2021 and currently serves as Vice President of the Midwest, where he is responsible for overseeing regional operations, supporting customer relationships, and ensuring successful execution of complex projects across the territory. In this role, Parrillo provides leadership across project delivery and construction activities, helping AdvanceTEC maintain high standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Parrillo brings more than 32 years of experience in cleanroom and pharmaceutical facility construction, having been involved in the industry since 1993. His career has been defined by deep expertise in project management and construction management, with responsibility for managing large-scale construction projects throughout the United States, South America, and Europe. In addition to his leadership in the field, Parrillo is a co-inventor of a U.S.-patented safety barricade system, reflecting his long-standing commitment to jobsite safety and innovation.

Earlier in his career, Parrillo was a licensed plumber in Philadelphia and the state of Pennsylvania, and he spent five years teaching the Philadelphia Plumbing Code to third-year plumbing apprentices. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.
