Drew Fischer joined AdvanceTEC shortly after its inception in 2000 and has been a driving force behind the company’s growth and success for more than two decades. Over the years, Drew has held numerous leadership positions, including Designer, Lead Designer, Engineering & Design Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. In 2020, he was promoted to Director of Operations for the Southern U.S., where he worked closely with project management, construction management, and administration teams to ensure safety, quality, project financial performance, and overall customer satisfaction. As part of AdvanceTEC’s Leadership Team, Drew played a key role in continuous improvement and corporate development programs, contributing to overall project success.

Today, as Chief Operating Officer, Drew leads AdvanceTEC’s operational strategy, aligning processes and resources with the company’s 2026 financial goals and driving efficiency at every level. His leadership focuses on advancing capabilities in technology integration, prefabrication, and modularization, ensuring that AdvanceTEC remains at the forefront of cleanroom innovation.

Drew brings over 20 years of experience in the cleanroom design-build construction industry, including extensive technical and field expertise in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotech, and nanotech applications. In addition to his tenure at AdvanceTEC, Drew has worked for industry leaders such as IPS, Performance Contracting Inc., and Project Management Consultants, L.L.C. His credentials include Procore certification and OSHA 30 certification, underscoring his commitment to safety and operational excellence.
