AdvanceTEC conducts a rigorous qualification process for selecting our certified contractors. Our criteria for selecting the contractors we work with include:
- Demonstrated ability to satisfy customers
- Proven capabilities and cleanroom experience
- Fully licensed, bonded and insured
- Financial strength and stability
- Defined safety processes and proven safety record

Qualification Process
Step 1: Download and complete the prequalification form
The prequalification form includes questions covering many of the areasthat AdvanceTEC will evaluate when qualifying a potential contractor, including experience, bonding information, safety record, and financial information. The form is available as a Microsoft Word document or as an Adobe PDF document. It can be filled out electronically, or printed, filled out and scanned.| Form | Usage | Format | Download |

To submit your information, please complete the form below. Note: You will not be able to submit your information without attaching an electronic copy of your completed AdvanceTEC Prequalification Form.
