Project Manager – Based on the requirements of your project, an AdvanceTEC project manager is selected and assigned upon award. Your salaried project manager stays with the project from concept to commissioning to provide consistent leadership and communication, and has overall responsibility for schedule, budget and success.Construction Manager – Assigned to your project at the end of the design phase, your AdvanceTEC OSHA 30 certified construction manager is an experienced leader with proven success in sequencing a cleanroom build. Your salaried construction manager is responsible for clean construction, quality, site resources and safety.

Robust Commissioning and Startup
AdvanceTEC’s expertise includes robust commissioning and startup of the cleanroom infrastructure. Our documentation and attention to detail throughout the design and construction process enables rapid startup and performance to specification.- Project specific commissioning checklist and report
- Proper sequencing and testing of mechanical, electrical and piping systems
- Full documentation packet including all start-up training logs, warranties, pressure tests and start-up documentation
- System walk-downs to ensure proper component installation and sequence, cross checked with balance report, and verified with random spot checks with in house personnel and instruments
