AdvanceTEC merges the traditional disciplines of design, construction management services, and construction into one project team that leads and controls the project through all of its phases including process tool installation. We also have extensive experience with retrofit projects and sustaining work contracts.

DESIGN/CONSTRUCT
Our design packages incorporate process tool installation needs to insure the information detailed considers the most economical means to the end. At all times we keep in mind your desire to have a resulting Class facility certified to Federal Std. 209E and ISO 14644.
John Burton, AdvanceTEC Engineering Manager is responsible for all aspects of design, product specification, and product selection for the cleanroom, process systems, and tool installation. The design group acts as the primary contact team during the pre-construction stage of work until such time as the complete set of construction documents are submitted and approved. All cleanroom design is completed by our engineering staff with site parameters of the facility properly detailed to insure the room will meet all criteria set forth by your Cleanroom Specifications and to achieve local code compliance.
At AdvanceTEC, our project management organization is developed for each project utilizing full time employees from our company, working at the direction of Tim Loughran, Senior Project Manager.
AdvanceTEC has developed Protocol management plans based on the facility logistics and Build-Clean Protocol dictated by the cleanliness requirements. In any project, there are many different ways to insure a facility is constructed in a manner consistent with its final usage. We believe the final build clean protocol should be reviewed utilizing a cost/benefit analysis.
