AdvanceTEC Opens New Office

Richmond, VA (August 21, 2008) – AdvanceTEC, LLC of Richmond, VA has announced its new location effective August 11, 2008.
The design/build cleanroom contractor has moved to 11300 Business Center Drive Richmond, VA 23236. The new space offers nearly 10,000 square feet of office and conference space for the team of engineers, designers, construction managers, and leadership staff.
Since its founding in 2000, Richmond-based AdvanceTEC has designed and built nearly 1 million square feet of cleanroom and laboratory space and now maintains contracts in excess of $30 million. With notable clients like the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington DC, Purdue University, Merck and Company, Jacobs Engineering, WM Jordan and Brookhaven National Laboratories they’ve become well-known in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, microelectronics, and nanotechnology fields.
The company’s partners; Tim Loughran, John Burton, and Bryan Phelan have a combined 50 years of industry experience.
