New Office & Warehouse Location For AdvanceTEC, LLC
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
AdvanceTEC, LLC a firm specializing in cleanroom process systems design and construction has relocated to new facilities effective October 15, 2000. The new offices and warehouse located at 485 Southlake Blvd. Southport Corporate Center in Richmond, VA were required due to the company expansion. The 3800 square foot of office space includes offices for their Engineering and Project Management staff as well as having an additional 1900 square feet of warehouse space. AdvanceTEC was founded in early 2000 by Tim Loughran and John Burton, two veterans of the cleanroom design and construction industry.
Tim Loughran- Project Manager- was formerly the Manager of Design/Build Services for Performance Contracting, Inc. in Richmond, VA and Division Manager for the Cleanroom Engineering Division of Cleanroom Products. He has over 17 years experience in the cleanroom industry and has published papers on numerous subjects including Clean Packaging Technology, Fan Filter Evaluation, Air Shower Performance, and Design/Build Cleanroom Specification and Proposal Evaluation.
John Burton- Engineering Manager- was formerly the Design Manager for Performance Contracting, Inc. and Senior Project Engineer for the Cleanroom Engineering Division of Cleanroom Products. John has nearly 10 years experience in cleanroom systems design and has personally overseen the design and construction of over 100 cleanrooms from Class 1 to Class 100,000. He has a BS in mechanical engineering and is currently certified in plumbing engineering. With a strong overall knowledge of architectural, electrical, structural, controls, and process systems involved in the construction of cleanrooms environments, he provides a streamline path to design and coordinates all aspects of cleanroom construction.
