AdvanceTEC, LLC. Awarded Design/Build Contract for Nitronex, Inc.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
AdvanceTEC, LLC, a firm specializing in cleanroom and process systems design and construction, has recently been awarded a design/build cleanroom contract to complete Nitronex, Inc. new Class 100 Wafer Fab in Durham, NC. The approximate 12,000 square foot wafer fab includes infrastructure for expansion to a total of approximately 32,000 square feet. AdvanceTEC’s scope includes design and construction of the cleanroom, infrastructure, process systems, DI water plant, and Acid Waste Neutralization systems. The approximate $6 million contract is the largest contract AdvanceTEC has signed to date and incorporates AdvanceTEC’s process systems and cleanroom construction capabilities.
Construction is expected to be start in November of 2001.
